    Mindfulness, Self-care and Spirituality

    Presentation by Tim Stead

    Monday 8th  December 2025: 12.00pm - 1.15pm

                           

    Tim Stead is a freelance mindfulness teacher and author, teaching in both secular and faith contexts seeking to bring together mindfulness and spirituality. 

    In this session there will be a brief introduction to mindfulness, a short guided practice and reflections on how mindfulness supports self-care as well as how it relates to spirituality. 

    Tim is the author of 'Mindfulness and Christian Spirituality' and 'See, Love, Be', published by SPCK.
