Personal Profile

My background is in global public health, primarily from a research capacity, with a focus on vulnerable populations and sub-Saharan Africa.

I am now shifting to a more one-to-one clinical health role, training in biodynamic craniosacral therapy, to work more directly with the physical and emotional health of individuals. I am excited and humbled by the depth and profundity of this modality, and how it is rooted in and interfaces with quantum concepts, and deeply spiritual and sacred dimensions.

I am keen to further my engagement in the domains of spirituality, psychology and consciousness - essentially evolving what has long been a personal pursuit into a more relational and professional capacity.
